Enough about us! We're looking for a Client Services Analyst (desktop support) to join our talented Technology team in SYDNEY. 

 

What you’ll do as a Client Services Analyst:

 

  • You’ll spend roughly half of your time working with the business to support incidents as they are raised as well working with our vendors & partners. This will be through several channels including tickets, chat and phone calls. 

  • Working across both our Pyrmont facilities housing the Network 10 ViacomCBS and Paramount teams. 

  • Be the point of escalation within the client services team and into others across the business, assisting with team projects. 

  • Through continuous learning you’ll assist various teams with improvements with their setups, resulting in their increased ability to grow and adapt in an ever-changing media landscape. 

 
What are we looking for? What’s essential?  
 
•    1 year of experience working in a similar hands-on helpdesk support role
•    Knowledge of SCCM and software deployments
•    Working knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory and Citrix support
•    Proactive problem-solving abilities & creative thinking mindset     
•    Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders
•    Adaptability, shouldering numerous ongoing tasks 
 
Extra brownie points for the following:  
 
•    Support of AWS end user technologies such as Workspaces 
•    Familiarity with supporting Windows, MAC and IOS devices.
•    Comfortable with LAN and WAN technology
•    Worked in the media sector 
•    Relevant educational qualifications
