Sport Integration Manager

This is a SYDNEY based role on a MATERNITY LEAVE fixed term contract
Enough about us, what you’ll do as a Sport Integration Manager
The role will require you to be responsive to client briefs, proactive ideation of advertising solutions and have a strong understanding of sponsorship integration in order to come up with winning ideas, build the presentation and work collaboratively in a team. 


You’ll need to truly get sport, have a strong understanding of the broadcast media sales, digital media and social media landscape and have passion for connecting brands to the biggest moments in sport.


Functions will also include:  

  • Lead and manage sport-related briefs throughout all stages from initial briefing to campaign completion, in conjunction with team
  • Generate creative ideas which encapsulate and enhance a client brief through insights led storytelling ideation, and in-program/event capability
  • Compile unique, innovative & saleable presentations in a timely and accurate manner to both qualified and proactive pitches
  • Contribute to the development of strategic cross platform responses across the Sport portfolio.
  • Be one of the key Sport ambassadors at the Network through knowledge of the 10Sport portfolio and key properties with a specific focus on digital including 10play, Paramount+, Socials, and connecting strategy back to broadcast
  • Develop meaningful and trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally


What are we looking for? What’s important?    


  • 3-5 years of experience working within media sales or similar environment
  • Experience in producing and distributing sport related content.
  • Ability to present to individuals and groups and construct excellent documentation supporting responses to brief and proactive proposals.
  • solid understand of Broadcast Media, Digital media, social media 
  • Excellent communication skills, written, spoken ad presenting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for financial analysis and reporting
  • Proficient with the Microsoft office suite, particularly strong with PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage internal/external expectations.
  • Well-developed knowledge of sport (football, F1, Melb Cup preferred)
