The Split-case Supervisor is responsible for directing, delegating, coordinating, and overseeing the workflow of voice pickers and support positions in their various job capacities throughout the department. They will work closely with Management throughout all the departments to create teamwork and a less stressful work environment.


The Supervisor will build morale while enhancing areas of strength and improving areas of weakness which supports Labor Management functions.



  • Co-Supervises up to 30+ employees in the Split Case Department
  • Ensure that all daily departmental tasks/assignments (put away, replenishments, picking of orders & shipments) are completed within company compliance standards and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work and/or Learn voice technology
  • Complete all tasks assigned for Daily commitments
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining departmental reports
  • Continuous coaching of staff as necessary
  • Keep management informed of department progress/issues
  • Defuse employee issues in a timely manner
  • Comply with company policies and procedure
  • Encourage and uphold company safety standards
  • Monitor Employees picking efficiency to meet company standards within our labor management system.
  • Organize voice pickers to be placed on various lanes and new title / calendar area to coincide with the current day’s work.
  • Maintain the trouble/flag and recirc lanes to help solve issues in a timely manner.
  • Learn and support the sure-sort machine and manage the proper staff to pick and induct the product in order to facilitate the completion of committed waves in a timely fashion.



  • Ability to successfully meet customer commitments in high-pressure situations
  • Experience in DC warehousing
  • PC Skills-Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
  • Warehouse systems – WM, AL, Dashboard, etc
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional employee relationships
  • Ability to build employee moral
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees/management
  • College degree or comparable warehouse experience


SCHEDULED WORK HOURS:  Monday- Friday 5am-1pm
