Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide creative and strategic leadership across all production and development within studios
  • Lead and nurture team members as well as any external team across development and production, ensuring that content strategic objectives are met
  • Oversee and outsource all the productions to ensure demands are met, propose alternative cost-savings and process improvement solutions during production and execution and seek co production partners where necessary
  • Handle the P&L budget costing entirely in an accurate and timely manner
  • Able to anticipate changes, challenges across production and develop and build best in class management by leading
  • Working closely and coordinate with all production houses/writers/voice artists and any other creative talent to ensure efficiency of the entire operation
  • Spearhead problem solving and crisis management resolution with studio partners and external producers on all creative and production issues
  • Leading creative editorial capacity across all productions ensuring quality is delivered from creative partners, managing the producers for each project
  • Lead the negotiation of contracts and deal terms with creative talent, partners and studios

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in increasingly senior roles overseeing diverse and growing content businesses
  • Good market knowledge and strong commercial partnerships' success in North Asia across Networks, experience in Animation Production, digital and short form content
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, readily adapting to continually changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Good track record of balancing multiple projects at once and delivery of projects optimally on time
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail, strong technical intuition and business acumen
  • Strong project management experience
  • Proven ability to work within a matrix structure and multiple time zones
