The Drama Development Department is seeking a Vice President of Drama Series Development! Are you ready to join our team!


The position will report to the Executive Vice President of Drama Development.


The individual in this position will work with the Drama Development Team in building out the drama slate. The team will develop projects from inception of idea to series by hearing pitches, reading spec scripts, identifying available IP, crafting and delivering notes to executive producers, and communicating creative direction between network and studios and production companies. This will also involve leading delivery schedules and giving notes on projects to put them in the best position to receive a pilot and series order.


Job will also involve working closely with other departments within the company to give the shows the best chance of success possible, including liaising with Business Affairs, Casting, Research, Marketing, Publicity and Current Programming.


Additionally, the job involves cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with entities outside the company, including but not limited to agents, managers, studio executives, producers, writers and directors. We would love to have you join our collaborative team.
