The Coordinator of International Operations will fulfil the operational responsibilities for the management of the regional streaming processes.   


Purpose & responsibilities of the Coordinator International Operations:

  • Operational lead for all regional streaming process
  • Ensuring the regional Global trackers are updated weekly
    • Strong understanding of the content and the supplying metadata requirements
    • Global tracker consistently updated and completed correctly 
    • Follow and report on all changes in programming
    • Aligning international content with the other regions and strong understanding of local content
  • Scheduling the service/refreshes in WON (PTS for Lat Am)
  • Maintain focused weekly reports for the territories aligned with the streaming analytics work 
    • Ensuring data is kept up regularly and consistently to facilitate easy reporting asks
    • Creating various regionally focused reports
    • Ensure regional reports can flow up and into both local and international reporting
  • Be fully across how the local app is running 
    • Expert in the requirements and updates for the regional app
    • Tracking content as published on time and correctly 
  • -    Be fully across how the partner platforms are running 
    • Understanding of the requirements and updates for the regional platforms
    • Tracking content as published on time and correctly 

 

Floater Responsibilities:

  • To be able to pick up the local responsibilities of the other regions
    •  Depending on time zones, can work on regular out of business hours requests for their teammates 
  • Help schedule international meetings 
  • Consolidating activities into international reporting 
  • Help to create documentation 
  • Support other streaming initiatives:
    • MVP / Summer
    • Sales System

 

Skills and Experience Required: 

  • Previous work experience in media
  • Education: BA / BS Degree 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, innovative with a sharp eye for detail
  • Must be flexible to various time zone requirements 
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver
